Here you’ll get exclusive face-to-face professional learning and networking opportunities, as well as access to 5eLearning modules on topics such as our own educational framework, positive interactions with children and online safety.
We provide mentoring through our Community of Practices (Educational Leader, Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and Trainees), Masterclasses, regular practice support visits, internal conferences, and a fund dedicated to attending external conferences.
We also create opportunities for our people to share their learnings and reflections across our many centres, allowing educators to apply them in their practices to continually improve.
