We are thrilled to announce our organisation has been named a finalist in the 2025 IMB Bank Illawarra Business Awards for Excellence in Workplace Culture. This prestigious recognition is a testament to our commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
With a workforce of 600+ employees, our advocacy efforts have been positioned to elevate the status and standing of our sector, and we are doing so by example, by improving from the inside out. These efforts have successfully resulted in a number of initiatives, however the most notable being the implementation of a new Multi-Employer Agreement, marking a significant step forward in our commitment to excellence.
