At Big Fat Smile, we have a front row seat for the latest research and thinking on early childhood education and we want to share this with the Early Learning Community! We invite you to our next professional learning and networking event to explore pedagogical leadership as a relational and responsive practice.

Effective leadership in early childhood education is more than just managing teams—it’s about fostering relationships, guiding pedagogical practice, and creating a culture of trust and collaboration. This presentation explores pedagogical leadership as a relational and responsive practice, fostering connection, culture, and collaboration to lead meaningful and sustainable improvement.

From educators to directors, this presentation is relevant to all leadership levels across early childhood education and care settings. Whether you are new to pedagogical leadership or looking to refine your approach, this session will highlight how relational and responsive practices foster connected cultures, empower educators, and build the collective leadership capability of all professionals working in the ECEC sector.
